Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options to make the process more accessible.


Option 1: Two Payments

  • Deposit: R10,000 on acceptance
  • Balance: R10,000 before court application is filed

Option 2: Extended Payment Plan

  • Deposit: R5,000 on acceptance
  • Balance: R15,000 to be paid before application is issued in the High Court

Payment must be received in full before we file your application. No application will be submitted with an outstanding balance.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We offer an extended payment plan starting with a R5,000 deposit. The balance of R15,000 must be paid before we issue the High Court application.

Are there any government fees on top of this?

No. Our fee is all-inclusive. Government Gazette fees, newspaper advertisements, Deeds Office fees, and advocate fees are all covered.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel before we file the court application, we refund 50% of your deposit. Once filed, no refunds are possible as costs have been incurred.
